Term and Condition

Delivery and Shipment: - We offer delivery of our products throughout India, with the exception of certain restricted areas. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 15 business days.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD):- We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for your orders. With COD, you only need to pay 10% of the total order amount at the time of placing your order. The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery of the product to your specified address. This option provides flexibility and peace of mind, allowing you to inspect the product first hand before making the full payment. Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready for payment upon delivery to expedite the process.

Postage and Handling: - Postage and handling are free of charge, with no additional fees or costs.

Cancellation Policy: - In the event of order cancellation or failure to accept delivery after payment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the advance payment will be charged. We kindly request customers to ensure their availability to receive the delivery or cancel orders promptly to avoid cancellation fees.

REFUNDS:- If we find that on your order cancel its not yours fault than we give the refund to you, after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

EXCHANGE:- If customer got wrong delivery, than we have exchange policy. 

Exchange Process:

  • Upon receiving a request for exchange due to a wrong delivery, our team will initiate the verification process on our end.
  • Once the exchange request is verified, one of our delivery personnel will be dispatched to pick up the incorrect product within 2-5 working days.

Delivery of Replacement Product:

  • After the incorrect product is received by our team, we will process the exchange and dispatch the correct product to you.
  • The delivery of the replacement product is typically completed within 3-10 working days from the date of receiving the incorrect product.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Please ensure that the incorrect product is returned in its original condition and packaging to facilitate the exchange process.
  • Our exchange policy applies solely to cases of wrong deliveries. For other reasons for exchange, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

Transportation Partners: Our trusted transportation partners include India Post, Delivery, and others. We collaborate with these partners to facilitate reliable and secure shipment processes, ensuring that your orders reach you in optimal condition and within the specified timeframe.

Delivery Tracking:

For your convenience, you can easily track the status of your order using the provided order ID. Simply enter your order ID on the IndiaPost website to access the updates on the whereabouts of your shipment,

 

Return or Delivery Damaged Products:

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your orders to minimize the risk of loss or damage during transit. We didn't take the Returns of the products. If the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team promptly to initiate the necessary steps for resolution, including filing claims with our transportation partners if required.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month warranty on our cycles. This warranty ensures that our customers receive reliable and functional products that meet their expectations. The warranty covers malfunctions occurring within the specified 6-month period from the date of purchase. It does not apply to damages resulting from breakage as these are considered outside the scope of normal usage.

Service Process:

Should you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please take the following steps for resolution:

Send to Head Office: You may choose to send the defective product to our head office located at No. C-87, Focal Point, Phase V, Ludhiana, Punjab, INDIA 141010. Our team will inspect the product and provide the necessary repairs or replacements as per the warranty terms.

Cost of return shipping: - When sending the product to our head office for warranty service, only one side delivery cost is wear by customers and one side delivery charges are fear by the company

Visit nearest Service Centre: Alternatively, you can visit the nearest authorized service center for assistance with warranty claims. Our trained technicians will assess the product and address any eligible issues accordingly.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or alterations to the product. Any attempts to tamper with or modify the product will void the warranty coverage. Customers are not required to bear any extra costs if their products are covered under warranty and meet the specified warranty requirements. We believe in standing behind the quality of our products, and as such, any necessary repairs or replacements covered by the warranty will be provided to our customers at no additional charge
